2014 Party Dress Trends: FLOW and HIGH LOW
Soft & flowing fabrics, like chiffon, will create beautiful movement on the dance floor, so one of the party dress trends is FLOW. Another one is HIGH LOW. Be on the lookout for high-low dresses with hanky hemline & tiers of cascading ruffles. According to these two trends, I find a perfect dress online which have both of the trends characteristic.
